Striking a balance between modernization and timelessness was essential in ensuring the success of Urbandale’s head office renovation. A lighter colour palette, accents of natural walnut, black hardware, and brass light fixtures were used to elevate the existing architectural elements and revitalize the work environment. Innovative technology in the form of switch-glass was used in the boardroom to provide flexibility in levels of privacy.
